Do you take insurance?

Insurance fits well with the factory medicine model – brief visits that result in a prescription.  We understand that your symptoms are not due to a deficiency in a pharmaceutical drug. For instance, if you have high cholesterol, it is not because you don’t naturally have enough of the synthetic drug which temporarily lowers cholesterol.

Insurance dictates the treatment as well as time that patients receive. To give you the best possible plan for restoring your health we take time to really get to know you and have a full understanding of your health history so we can arrive at the best plan for you to achieve optimal wellness.  Therefore, we do not accept insurance or Medicaid/Medicare, so we can do what is truly best for you, not merely what insurance pays for; however, we will provide you a bill with appropriate codes so you can submit them to your insurance company. In many cases, at least part of your expenses will be covered, but you should check with your individual insurance provider.

How do I know if you're the right choice for me?

Fill out our Request an Appointment form and we’ll get back to you to discuss if your needs meet our scope of practice.  If not, we may be able to recommend you to another healthcare provider who can help. See here what we treat.

Can you be my primary care provider?

We are here to partner with you and your primary care provider, not replace them, and we will not prescribe any controlled drugs (such as opioids) or admit to a hospital. It is our goal to help you get off those types of drugs, but should you ever need access to them, or to urgent care type services, you should have a primary care doctor.

What if I live far away, can I still be a patient?

Yes, you can still be a patient. Regulations require that we see you one time in the office each year, so you would need to come to Dickson, TN for your initial visit, but after that we can do telemedicine and have the rest of your appointments over the phone.

Can I sign up for the package now, or do I have to wait until after my initial visit?

Yes, you can sign up now if you are ready to go all in.  The initial visit is included in the package price.
